Also known as Dwarf Tree Frog, Eastern Sedge Frog and Green Reed Frog. Found in coastal eastern Australia from north Queensland to southern NSW.; introduced populations in Melbourne. Occupies wide range of habitat, including artificial and natural watercourses such as dams, swamps, ephemeral pools, areas beside creeks, and streams, and roadside ditches. feeds on invertebrates.
